Refund Policy

Everything from Marrimia is a digital download, delivered the moment your order is complete. Because digital files can’t be returned once they have been delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Please look through the site before you buy. Every part of each set is shown and listed, and if you have a question first, send us a note through the contact form.

If something goes wrong, we will put it right. If your download link doesn’t arrive, a file won’t open, or you bought the same set twice by mistake, contact us with your order number and we will resend your files, help you get them working, or refund the duplicate.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
